Retail site users hate out of stock items - so why not let them preorder for when the item is back in stock? How and where is that information best presented throughout the journey?
If the customer is made aware of the retailer's delivery offering throughout the journey, are they more likely to convert? Where does that messaging go?
Even the small things can make a difference to a customer's experience of a site - which is why it's vital to test EVERYTHING!
